About Our Team
Sean Ding is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of The Dialogue Group. He has advised clients in a range of industries, including telecommunications, health care, infrastructure, think tanks, and consumer technology. Prior to TDG, Sean served as an Online Communications Officer at the World Bank Group. In this role, he led the digital communications strategies for the Bank’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship global practice, and helped World Bank-supported incubators and accelerators develop digital marketing capabilities. From 2008 to 2014, Sean was a Senior Associate at The Carter Center and China Assistant to former U.S. President Jimmy Carter. Sean holds a BA in Arabic and Foreign Service from Beijing Foreign Studies University, an MA in political science from Georgia State University, and an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
Mr. Vistica is a senior partner at TDG and CEO of Washington Media Group. Mr. Vistica provides discreet communication services to Fortune 100, startups, foreign governments and non-profit clients worldwide. A respected crisis management expert, he has led integrated communication campaigns to support and protect public policy goals and corporate and individual reputations.
Blair Vorsatz is a partner at The Dialogue Group, where he assists with operations, business development, strategic planning, and research. Mr. Vorsatz holds a BA in Economics from Georgetown University, an MA in East Asian Studies from Harvard University, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in finance at the University of Chicago
Suki Han is Sustainability Associate at The Dialogue Group, where she leads the corporate social responsibility practice, and helps clients better manage corporate citizenship and build trust. Previously, she worked at the Design-to-Value Lab at McKinsey& Company, China Environment Forum at the Woodrow Wilson Center, and China Initiative at the Georgia Department of Economic Development. Suki received her bachelor’s degree in Economics and International Affairs from Georgia Institute of Technology, Master’s degree in Environmental Economics and Policy from Duke University, and is also a certified LEED Green Associate.
